The goal

UrbanPhoto is a comprehensive project management platform built specifically for photography businesses. Designed to handle the full lifecycle of a photoshoot — from booking and package selection to shoot-day coordination and delivery — the system also integrates an AI voice assistant that can interact directly with the landing page, enabling a hands-free, conversational client experience.

• AI voice assistant on the landing page — answers questions about packages, availability, and services conversationally

How we did it

Built on a modern full-stack framework with a clean, editorial aesthetic that reflects the creative nature of photography work. The AI voice assistant was integrated using a voice pipeline (STT → LLM → TTS) enabling natural, real-time conversation with prospective clients directly from the website — a significant differentiator from standard booking pages.

The result

A full-featured studio operations platform that reduces manual coordination, improves client experience, and positions UrbanPhoto as a tech-forward photography brand — with the voice assistant serving as an always-on concierge for prospective clients.
