LHQM is a healthcare web management system designed for a Barangay Health Center in the Philippines. The platform digitizes the health center's operations, making it easier for barangay residents to access health services, schedule consultations, and stay informed — while giving health workers and administrators a centralized tool to manage patient records and health programs.

Tech & Design Approach
Designed with accessibility as a priority — clean, high-contrast UI suitable for health workers who may not be highly tech-savvy. The system is optimized for low-bandwidth environments common in barangay settings and is built to function on standard government-issue hardware.
